Return Eligibility
Returns are accepted only under the following conditions:

Damaged or Defective Products

Refunds will be considered only in exceptional cases and at the sole discretion of Roots Poultry Industries.
Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled only before dispatch.
Once an order has been packed, processed, or shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
For approved cancellations, payment gateway and processing charges may apply.
Refund Policy
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 7–14 business days.
Refund approval is subject to inspection and verification of the returned product.
Roots Poultry Industries reserves the right to reject refund requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in this policy.
3% Payment Processing Fee
For all approved returns, cancellations, or refunds, a 3% payment processing fee will be deducted from the refundable amount.
This fee covers:

Example:
If the order value is ₹10,000:

Processing Fee (3%): ₹300

Final Refund: ₹9,700
The 3% processing fee is non-refundable and applies to all online payments including:

Shipping Charges

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Return shipping charges must be borne by the customer unless the return is due to a verified manufacturing defect or incorrect product delivery.

Additional courier or handling charges may be deducted where applicable.
Refund Approval
All return and refund requests are subject to approval by Roots Poultry Industries after inspection of the product.
Roots Poultry Industries reserves the right to refuse any return, replacement, or refund request that does not comply with this policy.
