At Roots Poultry Industries, all sales are final.
We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once an order has been placed and delivered.

No Return / No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of poultry equipment, farm-use machinery, electrical items, and custom products, we strictly follow a No Return, No Refund policy.

This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Poultry equipment and farm-use products

  • Electrical items (motors, control panels, sensors, wiring, etc.)

  • Products once installed or used

  • Products damaged due to improper handling or installation

  • Perishable or consumable items

  • Custom-made or special-order products

  • Discounted or sale items

  • Gift cards and digital/downloadable products

Once the order is confirmed, cancellation, return, or refund will not be accepted under any circumstances.

Damaged or Defective Products (At Delivery Only)

In the rare case that a product is damaged or defective at the time of delivery, customers must:

  • Inform us within 24 hours of delivery

  • Share clear photos/videos of the product and packaging

After verification, we may offer repair or replacement at our discretion.
Refunds will not be provided.

Shipping Charges

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • Return shipping is not applicable, as returns are not accepted
